Le Printemps takes 1st place in the Capital Magazine 2024 ranking of the best clothing and accessories chains in the "Department Stores" category.
This new survey on the quality of in-store services, carried out in collaboration with the Statista institute, involved 20,000 consumers questioned online last summer, according to three criteria: the attention paid by sales advisors, their level of expertise and the willingness to recommend the brand to friends and family. This ranking is a fine recognition of the strategy implemented with great energy and commitment by the Printemps teams since 2022.
