With a Master 2 in Commerce and Communication from the Eklore-ed School of Management (ESC Pau), Mélanie began her career at Auchan in 2005 as a Department Manager. She remained with the retailer for 20 years, successively holding the positions of Textile Sector Manager in 2008, then Cashier in 2010, Human Resources Manager in 2014, Deputy Hypermarket Manager in 2016, and Hypermarket Manager in 2018. Since 2021, Mélanie has been Human Resources Director in charge of the retailer's transformation.
Mélanie joins the Printemps group in 2025, as General Manager of Human Resources.
